This wasn’t my first time having plastic surgery, but it was my first time with Dr. Ahn — and he’s the best surgeon I’ve worked with. He and his team are caring and genuinely wonderful people. My procedure was a mini facelift revision combined with a neck lift, and I couldn’t be happier with how I feel. I’ve gotten compliments from people who have no idea I had anything done. I recommend Dr. Ahn without hesitation, and Massachusetts is lucky to have him and his associates. Honestly, I’d follow him to another state if I had to. Transformative is really the only word for it. My deep plane facelift, neck lift, and brow lift with Dr. Ahn completely changed how I look and feel. I want to say thank you for the wonderful outcome of my rhinoplasty. I’d been a little self-conscious about the width of my nose since my teenage years, on top of dealing with a deviated septum. Over time I came to appreciate it more, since it resembled my grandmother’s, my mother’s, and now my daughter’s — even if a bit wider. Before meeting you, I wasn’t sure I actually wanted the surgery; I worried I’d end up looking unrecognizable, both to myself and to my family. But after seeing your previous work and talking through what I wanted, I felt confident you understood the goal and could make my nose look like a refined version of my own. Eight weeks out, I’m very happy with how it turned out. Over the holidays, several relatives asked if I’d changed something with my hair or makeup — they could tell something was different but couldn’t quite place it. I also want to mention how wonderful you and your staff were the whole way through; I always felt comfortable, and I appreciated how both you and Rebecca checked in to make sure my questions were answered and I had everything I needed. Back to Work in 10 Days with a Beautiful New Nose

Ten days after surgery, I just want to say thank you to Rebecca, the rest of the staff, and Dr. Ahn for such a great experience. I’m already back at work, with no bruising and no obvious sign I had anything done — just a great new look for my nose and noticeably easier breathing. My cast came off on Wednesday, and honestly, it took me a few days to adjust emotionally to my new appearance. I’m so pleased with how things look already, and it’s only been ten days — I can’t wait to see the final result once the swelling fully resolves. The changes are subtle enough that people who don’t know me well probably wouldn’t notice, but it’s made a real difference in how confident I feel. Everything Dr. Ahn told me beforehand matched exactly what happened. He was upfront that because of prior trauma, my nose might not end up perfectly straight, and while it’s not 100%, it’s very close. I couldn’t be more excited and grateful.

From my very first visit through all the post-op appointments, my experience with Dr. Ahn’s practice was amazing from start to finish. I had rhinoplasty back in October 2016. I was extremely nervous about deciding to go through with it, but after my first consultation, I knew Dr. Ahn was the only surgeon I wanted. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. I was terrified on the day of surgery, but the team’s professionalism and kindness got me through it without any issues. It also helped that the procedure took place right in his own clean, comfortable office. The results have been phenomenal — I went from hating my nose to absolutely loving it. He’s so meticulous that you honestly can’t tell I had surgery at all, yet my nose fits my face perfectly. I’m writing this for anyone as hesitant as I was — I’m so glad I went through with it. I was back at work within two weeks. The price was reasonable too, and the results speak for themselves. The staff was professional and organized, and they prepared me thoroughly for every step.
